HVAC Hazards

December 31, 2017

HVAC systems are a modern convenience that supply many structures, both commercial and residential, with heating and air conditioning.

The danger here is that the ventilation system can provide for both smoke and heat transfer from an HVAC unit if it catches fire.

The fire was likely contained to just one room on account of positively pressured hallways and fire suppression systems in the room.
